Dstiker – Refund & Return Policy

At Dstiker, we print your posters on demand just for you. Because of this customized production, we follow specific refund and replacement guidelines.


 No Refunds for Change of Mind
Dstiker does not provide refunds for the following reasons:
• Change of mind
• Wrong size/design choice
• Personal preference
• Accidental orders
• “No longer needed”
• Minor color differences due to display settings

Please review your order carefully before checkout.


 Replacement for Damaged or Defective Orders
We will replace your order if the product you receive is:

 Physically damaged
 Printed incorrectly
 Has significant manufacturing defects

To qualify for a replacement:
1. A clear unboxing video from the moment you open the package is mandatory.
2. You must submit the video within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Email the video and order details to: support@dstiker.com

Once verified, we will reprint and replace the item at no extra cost.



💰 Refunds in Exceptional Cases

Refunds are generally not provided since every poster is custom-made.
However, a refund may be considered in rare situations such as:

✔ Order cancelled before printing starts
✔ Duplicate payment was made
✔ Shipment could not be delivered due to courier issues
✔ Severe print issues where replacement is not possible

These cases are reviewed manually by our support team.


Important Delivery Notice

If the outer packaging is visibly damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse the package.

If you accept a damaged package and then report issues later, it may affect your claim eligibility.



How to Request a Replacement or Refund

To submit a request, send the following to:

Include:
• Order ID
• Photos of the issue (clear)
• A full unboxing video

We’ll review and reply as soon as possible.
